Southcentral Foundation's Elder Providers offer advocacy and social support services to Native Elders by assisting them in their homes with light housekeeping, arranging appointments, and other assistance that promotes a lifestyle of independance and mobility.
The program manages a daily lunch program, potlucks, as well as other weekly activities and group outings.
