Southcentral Foundation and Cook Inlet Tribal Council offer the SBIRT program through an agreement with The Center for Substance Abuse Treatment. Clients are screened in the Primary Care setting and if they score positive, they are offered a referral for brief intervention. This is a voluntary program.
If you are interesting in joining this program, you can make an appointment in Family Medicine with your Primary Care Provider to be screened and referred to the SBIRT program.
