Information & Links
Southcentral Foundation is developing a program to improve outpatient management, including diagnosis, treatment and education of all patients with Asthma to the level of the current national recommendations for care. Please check back later this Fall to see what we have to offer.
We also have a tobacco cessation program for those who are dependent on nicotine and would like to quit.
Southcentral Foundation's Health Education Department provides a program for clients who wish to stop using tobacco and remain tobacco-free. Individualized counseling is available as well as follow-up services. A weekly support group is also available.
Appointments can be made on the same day or in advance by calling SCF's Health Education Department at the Alaska Native Primary Care Center - (907) 729-2689.
